Our goal is to make getting your favorite wines and spirits as easy and enjoyable as drinking them. Here is our simple, straightforward policy on local delivery, in-store pickup, and returns.
Local Delivery
We are proud to offer a complimentary local delivery service to our neighbors. We want to be your local, go-to resource, and that means bringing our selection right to your door.
- Free Delivery Zone: We offer free delivery for all orders over a minimum purchase amount (e.g., $50) to locations within an approximate 20-minute driving radius of our store in Chatham, NJ. This includes most of Chatham, Madison, Morristown, Summit, New Providence, and surrounding areas.
- Extended Delivery: If you are outside our primary free zone, please give us a call! We can often accommodate deliveries to a wider area, though a delivery fee may apply and fulfillment may take longer. We will always confirm any costs with you before finalizing your order.
- Delivery Times: We process and deliver orders during our regular business hours. Most local orders are fulfilled the same day or the next day. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window.
- Receiving Your Delivery: Please remember that someone 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
- Tipping Your Driver: While not required, you will have the option to add a tip for your delivery driver during checkout. Our drivers work hard to get your order to you safely and promptly, and they greatly appreciate your generosity.
In-Store Pickup
The fastest way to get your order! Simply select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout.
- Ready for Pickup: Most pickup orders are ready within a couple of hours. We will send you an email or text notification as soon as your order is confirmed and ready to go.
- What to Bring: Please bring your order confirmation and a valid, government-issued photo ID. The person picking up the order must be 21 years of age or older.
Our "Make It Right" Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with every bottle you buy from us. Our return policy is simple and designed with you in mind.
- Generous Return Window: We accept returns on unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase, as long as you have your original receipt.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees. We're happy to take back any product that didn't meet your expectations.
- What About "Bad" Bottles?: Wine is a living product, and occasionally, a bottle can be flawed (e.g., "corked"). If you believe you have a defective bottle, please bring it back to the store (even if it's open) with your receipt. We will gladly offer you a replacement bottle or a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
- How to Make a Return: Simply bring the product(s) and your receipt to the store, and our staff will be happy to assist you.
