Welcome to BuyRite Liquors of Chatham (Chatham Wine and Liquor LLC). By using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Legal Age for Purchase

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages from this website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. All orders delivered or picked up in-store must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. A valid, government-issued photo ID will be required upon pickup or delivery. We will not release an order to anyone who is underage or who appears to be intoxicated.

2. Order Process and Fulfillment

Our website is accessible at https://www.ChathamBuyRite.com and orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff.

Our website functions as a platform for you to place an order request. Due to the nature of our inventory, which can fluctuate, placing an order does not constitute a final sale.

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, we will manually verify the availability of all items.
  • Payment: Your credit card will be authorized at the time of your order, but it will not be charged until our staff has confirmed your entire order is ready for pickup or delivery.
  • Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email to offer a substitution or to adjust your order. We will not charge you for any item we cannot provide.
  • Order Completion: The final sale is considered complete only when your order has been picked up or delivered and payment has been successfully captured.

3. In-Store Pickup and Local Delivery

All sales are conducted and fulfilled from our licensed retail premises at 650 Shunpike Road, Chatham, NJ. We offer in-store pickup and may offer local delivery services subject to New Jersey state and local regulations. Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from us to the buyer in New Jersey, and the buyer takes all responsibility for the shipment. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of New Jersey.

4. Returns and Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days. We will address issues on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is defective. Orders may be canceled at any time before they are picked up or dispatched for delivery.

5. Website Content and Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all information on this website, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability, is accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the current vintage or label design.

6. Limitation of Liability

BuyRite Liquors of Chatham will not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products. You agree to use this site at your own risk.
